Accuracy and reliance
Actual load and energy use depend on factors this browser tool cannot measure, including wall and glazing construction, air leakage, equipment condition, setpoint, weather and real operating performance. We do not guarantee that a bill or performance will match an estimate.
Safety and design
Do not use the tool instead of an HVAC professional when the choice is part of an engineered project, a large/open area, a commercial application or a situation requiring high reliability.
